Building Queensland's Transport & Logistics Workforce

Transport Workforce Futures connects industry, training providers and workers across Queensland's entire transport and logistics supply chain — from road freight to rail to aviation, maritime and beyond.

WHAT WE DO

Queensland's first dedicated transport & logistics workforce program

Transport Workforce Futures is a first-of-its-kind industry led initiative supporting workforce and skills development across every business in the transport and logistics supply chain — both large and small. We work directly with employers, stakeholders and people in the transport and logistics industry who have an interest in the future of skilling, training and the workforce needs in Queensland. Our goal is to ensure that workforce needs of the industry are met now and into the future by directly engaging with the industry throughout Queensland.

HOW WE WORK

Supporting Industry from the ground up

From gathering workforce intelligence to developing solutions, our services are built for the real-world challenges of transport and logistics employers.

We work with businesses across Queensland's transport and logistics sectors to identify current and future skills needs, helping you plan, recruit, retain and upskill your workforce with confidence.

Workforce solutions

Convert industry workforce challenges into practical solutions by engaging directly with transport operators, training providers, and government. This work identifies priority needs, develops funding recommendations, and supports pilot projects that strengthen the future transport workforce.
